As a full-time I.M.T.S. student, you will learn how to hear God's voice, relate to the Holy Spirit, study God's Word, understand God's Authority, and minister with the power of His gifts and presence. Your gifts and abilities will be shaped and sharpened. You will gain experience in an area of ministry fit for you. You will be given the opportunity to participate in an 'in the field' missions venture as a part of this 16-week I.M.T.S. process.

The course of instruction given will be quite intense, so as a student you will be expected to come ready to learn and ready to work hard. During the16 weeks of instruction you will accomplish college level instruction. You will learn how to study and research the Scriptures. You will grow in a family atmosphere and will become great friends with your fellow-students. As a School fo Eagles student you will be taught and you will each learn to teach. You will be trained in ministry as well as minister. The power, presence, and ministry of the Holy Spirit is a key dynamic in this ministry training process.

‘School of Eagles’ is a Prophetic Resource Center called by God to serve local churches in equipping the saints for the work of ministry. Our course of instruction is designed to train individuals in an understanding of God’s word as well as to activate God’s gifts and power in their lives. The basic principle of each course offered is to ‘teach, activate, and train’ each individual to function in his/her specific gift and call of God on his/her life. There is a strong emphasis on the teaching of God’s word as well as serving to release each individual to function in God’s power and gifts in his/her life. Personal mentoring will be an active part of each students training. Involvement in the local church body is required as well.
